Write(object?, IMessageFormatterProcessor?, IFormatProvider?)

Writes a message to the output with optional formatting.

void Write(object? message, IMessageFormatterProcessor? formatterProcessor = null, IFormatProvider? formatProvider = null)

Parameters

message object

The message to write. Can be null.

formatterProcessor IMessageFormatterProcessor

Optional formatter processor to apply custom formatting to the message.

formatProvider IFormatProvider

The format provider to apply, or null to use the current culture.

Remarks

A writer that emits its own trailing newline must report WritesLineTerminator as true, so that WriteLine<TMessage>(TMessage) does not add a second one.
